Job summary

Hope For New York (HFNY) is seeking a results‑driven VP, Mobilization and Generosity to lead fundraising, volunteer mobilization, and donor relations in a time of growth for our citywide coalition. This senior role reports to the Leadership Team and will shape HFNY's strategy to increase revenue and engagement across churches, foundations, corporations, and individuals.

Qualifications

10+ years of management, leadership and fundraising experience.
Experience developing organization-wide fund development strategic plans with proven tactics.
Proven ability to reach aggressive fundraising goals for a growing organization.
Experience across channels and stakeholder groups - individuals, institutional and corporate, events, email, digital marketing, and social media.
Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead strategic annual fundraising plan with CEO and Board.
Develop strategy and outcomes for all mobilization campaign appeals (volunteer and donor appeals).
Widen and deepen institutional partners - church partners, foundations, and corporations.
Lead external communications strategy and execution across channels and stakeholder groups consistent with HFNY’s updated brand messaging.
