Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a VP, Distribution Operations to lead the vision and operating model for the distribution network in Tampa. You will own warehouses, distribution centers, automation, inventory, fleet, and field logistics, driving enterprise-wide productivity and service.

This role requires 15+ years in distribution leadership, 7+ years multi-site leadership, and hands-on experience with automated warehouses, WMS/ERP systems (SAP), and analytics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in distribution, automation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 7+ years leading large, complex, high-volume, multi-site operations with multiple leadership levels.
• Experience with highly automated warehouses, WMS/ERP systems, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise warehouse and distribution strategy aligned with company goals.
• Provide executive leadership for distribution centers, cross-docks, warehouse operations, and field logistics.
• Drive productivity, service, and cost performance through scalable processes and technology.
• Lead design and evolution of the distribution network and automation roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with safety, governance, and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Technology, and Operations to deploy new capabilities.
