You will lead workout strategies, debt restructuring, and Chapter 11 exit financing while ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulations. The role includes mentoring junior officers and reporting portfolio performance to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• Moderate experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or related financial roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with knowledge of loan origination and workouts.
• Experience in commercial real estate or distressed assets highly valued.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and ensure ethical data use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diversified portfolio of distressed assets including CRE and leveraged loans.
• Design and implement workout strategies to mitigate risk and maximize recovery.
• Support audits and ensure policy adherence with thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with risk, legal, and deal teams to execute workout plans.
• Mentor junior credit officers on workflows and regulatory changes.
• Provide regular portfolio updates to senior management.
