VP/Director of Marketing
Location: 100% Remote
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced VP/Director of Marketing to lead our marketing initiatives in the HealthTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive lead generation and support our rapid growth in a start-up environment. This role requires a strong storyteller who can communicate our value proposition effectively and engage our target audience across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for HealthTech products.
- Drive lead generation initiatives to support sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Utilize analytics and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the HealthTech market.
- Craft compelling narratives and marketing content that resonate with our audience.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools such as SalesForce and HubSpot to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing programs, making adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a VP or Director level marketing role
- HealthTech Industry Experience - No exceptions here.
- Strong storytelling skills with a proven ability to engage and influence audiences.
- Experience working at high growth companies or start-ups.
- Demonstrated success in driving lead generation and sales growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in SalesForce and HubSpot, with a strong understanding of marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
