Lincoln Financial Group is seeking a VP, Digital Strategy & Enablement to define and execute the digital vision across Product, Marketing and Customer Experience. You will set the multi-year roadmaps for portals, mobile, self-service and AI-enabled experiences, aligning investments to business outcomes and leading the digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in digital strategy, digital product management, customer experience, marketing technology, or transformation leadership.
• 5+ years of managerial, supervisory and/or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong presentation skills with ability to influence at all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital strategy across Customer Experience, Product, and Marketing, creating a multi-year vision and roadmap.
• Transform customer, broker, and employer experiences by designing end-to-end digital journeys.
• Drive modernization of digital platforms, AI solutions, and automation to improve engagement and speed to market.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed digital capabilities into products and investments.
• Leverage VOC and analytics to identify opportunities and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish and monitor experience standards and performance metrics across digital channels.
