The role oversees wholly-owned and joint-venture properties, debt financing, dispositions, and value-creation strategies in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in commercial real estate investment, strong financial analysis and relationships with operating partners, with willingness to travel across properties.

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate investment roles.
• Strong knowledge of asset management, financing, and dispositions.
