Job summary

Precision Castparts' PCC Airframe division seeks a Vice President of Information Technology to develop and execute a technology and digital transformation strategy across multiple divisions. The role partners with operations, manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance to drive improved productivity, quality, and profitability.

The leader will advance AI, data analytics, automation, and digital manufacturing while ensuring governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Align technology strategy with manufacturing business objectives.
• Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of ERP platforms, manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality systems, and financial systems.
• Experience implementing AI, analytics, automation, and digital manufacturing solutions.
• Strong executive communication, governance, and risk management capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site IT programs and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year technology, digital transformation, and AI strategy aligned with PCC Airframe's business objectives.
• Advise Segment President and senior leadership on technology investments, transformation, and organizational change.
• Lead enterprise technology roadmaps to improve competitiveness, operational excellence, and growth.
• Maintain SOX compliance and regulatory expectations across the IT landscape.
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.
• Oversee ERP platforms, MES, BI platforms, cloud technologies, and data management initiatives.
