Responsibilities

• Lead independent validation across predictive, ML, generative, and agentic AI solutions with rigorous challenge of design, data, and assumptions.
• Develop and advance evaluation frameworks, datasets, and scoring methods for AI models.
• Establish monitoring, observability, and third-party validation approaches for drift, bias, and governance evidence.
• Translate risk and regulatory expectations into practical validation playbooks and SOPs; present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Create reusable templates and guidelines to strengthen validation capabilities across teams.
