Job summary

Prologis seeks a VP, Investment Officer - Data Centers to lead capital deployment, acquisitions, redevelopment and development of data center and industrial assets. You will drive investment strategy, oversee origination, underwriting and execution, and work to grow Prologis’ data center portfolio with a strong emphasis on value creation.

The role requires 10+ years in CRE, a background in managing complex projects, and willingness to travel 20–40%.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of acquiring and developing commercial real estate, with a focus on industrial and data center projects.
• Travel 20-40% is expected.
• Experience sponsoring data center or industrial acquisitions with value creation.

Responsibilities

• Drive deal flow by identifying new capital deployment opportunities (green-field land, redevelopment, portfolio and asset acquisitions).
• Develop relationships with real estate partners, brokers, bankers, owners, developers and high net-worth individuals.
• Present new opportunities to Senior Leadership and Investment Committee.
