A fast-growing data center operator is seeking a Vice President of Construction to establish and lead their construction program from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience, particularly in data centers, and a hands-on, execution-driven approach. Qualifications
15+ years of construction experience, with the last 5 years in the data center.
Full cradle-to-grave direct data center construction experience required.
Ability to build processes and programs, not just manage GCs.
Hands-on builder mentality; thrives in startup or high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
Build the company’s entire construction program including processes and standards.
Lead site development and vertical construction for Austin/Georgetown projects.
Own budgets, schedules, and performance metrics from early concept through commissioning.
Coordinate closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, and the investment team.
