Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; Advanced degree preferred.
• Typically 5–8 years of experience in financial services is essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Developing Oracle SQL, Python, and Perl.
• Experience with Bert is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in data management and governance practices, ensuring high standards of data quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
• Strengthen data governance by defining data quality controls, documenting end-to-end lineage, and supporting data contracts for key datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities and provide insights for strategic decisions.
• Ensure data integrity by establishing governance frameworks and conducting regular audits.
• Lead initiatives to improve data management processes and data accessibility for stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior data analysts to foster continuous learning.
• Drive adoption of innovative data solutions by staying updated on trends and technologies.
