Chase is seeking a Strategic Analytics Lead for Operations within the Home Lending Data and Analytics team. You will build analytics foundations, develop scalable ML and trigger-driven capabilities, and support experimentation to improve outcomes for 70M+ Chase households.

The role emphasizes AI-native thinking, collaboration across product and operations, and translating complex questions into actionable insights, with a focus on measurable value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years in advanced analytics roles.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, predictive modeling, and experimental design for product and customer use cases.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and ability to apply AI tools to accelerate insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, strategy, and operations to provide analytics support for Home Lending initiatives.
• Apply analytical methods and AI-assisted approaches to improve product performance, client engagement, and operations.
• Deliver end-to-end analytics from problem framing to insight communication to senior stakeholders.
• Develop analytics approaches for ML and trigger capabilities to scale operations.
• Set up day-one measurements, data quality, and KPI frameworks across product and operations.
