Job summary

Backlight is seeking a VP, Customer Success and Solutions Delivery to lead the customer-success and technical-delivery teams across the pre-sale and post-sale journey. The role owns onboarding, solution architecture, account health, retention and expansion, and requires extensive leadership experience in SaaS customer success and technical delivery.

You will drive strategic accounts in the media workflow space and partner with sales, product and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.
