What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Elevate and scale UpGuard's customer success strategy and methodology
  2. Develop a comprehensive, customer-focused strategy aligned with company objectives
  3. Own and drive the entire customer lifecycle journey, from onboarding to renewal
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to enhance customer experiences
  5. Recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing customer success team

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Customer Success teams in a senior management role (Director or above)
  2. 10+ years in Customer Success or a customer leadership role within a fast-growing B2B SaaS organization
  3. Experience building a new market category with revenue streams from $75M to $250M ARR
  4. Strong operational discipline with a track record of achieving key performance metrics
  5. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to define the ideal customer journey and operational models

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Technical background in cybersecurity, risk, compliance, or information technology
  2. Success in growing and scaling international teams while navigating diverse cultural and market dynamics
  3. Strong analytical skills with confidence in making data-driven decisions
  4. Experience building and scaling digital programs and customer education initiatives
  5. Ability to operate at both a strategic and tactical level
