This NetSuite Alliance Partner is a long-established leader in the professional services space with a national presence and a rapidly expanding digital transformation practice. The organization operates across multiple U.S. states and has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, end-to-end technology solutions across a diverse client base.

The role

This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to lead major NetSuite implementation and optimization projects across a variety of industries. You’ll be the key Delivery Lead—owning architecture, delivery strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your primary focus will begin with a long-term engagement for a Wholesale Distribution client, while also contributing to additional side projects as needed. Although the role is remote, Travel of up to 25% will be required, with flexibility and travel support available for out-of-state candidates.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite implementations, including solution architecture, process design, and execution oversight.
• Act as primary client liaison—facilitating discovery sessions, defining functional specifications, and leading ongoing project communications.
• Direct cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal leadership to meet delivery milestones and profitability targets.
• Assess and enhance existing NetSuite environments with recommendations for process improvement and system optimization.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, tailored NetSuite configurations.
• Lead client status meetings and enforce standardized project governance and documentation practices.
• Apply appropriate project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) based on project scope and client needs.
• Align travel and onsite work as necessary (approximately 25%) to maintain strong client engagement and delivery continuity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering NetSuite solutions across implementation, configuration, and optimization stages.
• Expertise across multiple NetSuite modules including CRM, P2P, D2B (Manufacturing), O2C, Financials, and Project Accounting.
• Strong experience working in complex environments with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany transactions.
• Proven ability to lead projects and guide teams without direct line management responsibilities.
• Familiarity with third-party integrations and NetSuite best practices for Wholesale Distribution environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Systems, or a related field.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant) preferred.
• Exceptional communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Based in New Jersey or open to regular travel (up to 25%) to client sites in the region.
