Job summary

SitusAMC Holdings Corp. in New York seeks a Vice President with strong CMBS rating agency expertise to lead rating agency calls and manage conduit loan execution.

You will work with the Primary Trading Desk, Head of Conduit Underwriting, and other teams to navigate agency criteria and loan pricing during closing. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in CRE credit, solid rating agency relationships, and advanced Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate rating, lending, underwriting, or credit experience.
• Experience at a primary rating agency preferred.
• Transferrable strong working relationships with rating agencies.
• Ability to analyze complex transactions and rating agency treatment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead rating agency calls on conduit and large loans.
• Primary point of contact between lender and rating agency counterparts.
• Analyze and model conduit pool level feedback.
• Collaborate with the Primary Trading Desk, underwriters and originators on loan pricing and execution.
• Monitor rating agency criteria changes and disseminate updates to the team.
