Qualifikationen

• Extensive CRE risk experience including recourse analysis.
• Understanding Wealth Management investment, lending, and derivative products.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and credit-risk considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for concise credit reports.
• Open mindset and ability to handle challenging stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI tools responsibly.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of recourse commercial real estate in Wealth Management.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and product specialists to understand credit requirements.
• Monitor portfolio for emerging risks considering market events.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors; support ad hoc projects.
• Ensure trades are booked, covenants monitored, and risk reporting complete.
