Deutsche Bank Wealth Management in New York seeks a Credit Risk Manager for U.S. Commercial Real Estate within the Chief Risk Office.

You will manage a recourse CRE portfolio in Wealth Management, partnering with Relationship Managers and product specialists to understand credit needs and propose risk structures. You will monitor exposures, document decisions, and ensure risk reporting is complete and timely, while supporting audits and ad hoc projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial real estate credit risk assessment and recourse analysis.
• Strong understanding of Wealth Management investment, lending, and derivative products.
• Proven ability to produce concise, decision-ready credit reports and maintain risk discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage a recourse CRE portfolio within Wealth Management and partner with RM and product specialists to optimize risk structures.
• Provide detailed risk analysis, document approval conditions, and communicate decisions clearly.
• Monitor portfolio risks and ensure limits and concentrations stay within policy and risk appetite.
• Support audits and ad hoc projects; ensure timely and accurate risk reporting.
