Job summary

Landrum & Brown is seeking a highly experienced Vice President, Corporate Finance & Administration to lead the firm's administrative, operational, and financial management activities. Reporting to the President of Landrum & Brown, the role provides operating discipline, financial insight, and cross-functional coordination across the organization.

The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into measurable results, oversee budgeting and forecasting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, operations or related field.
• MBA/CPA/CMA or equivalent designation preferred.
• Senior-level experience in operations, finance, or business leadership.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, project economics and financial controls.
• Experience in a matrixed organization with cross-functional reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, operational, and financial management activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, backlog, utilization, project margins, and cash flow.
• Strengthen project financial management, controls, and commercial discipline.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Risk, Marketing and other functions.
