Landrum & Brown seeks a seasoned Vice President, Corporate Finance & Administration to lead the firm’s financial and administrative functions. Reporting to the President and CFO, the role provides financial insight, operating discipline, and cross-functional coordination to translate strategy into measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, operations, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Significant senior-level experience in operations, finance, administration, or business leadership.
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, engineering, aviation, infrastructure, or project-based organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, operational, and financial management for the firm.
• Partner with the President to implement strategic priorities and operating plans.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis with CFO alignment.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, backlog, utilization, project margins, working capital, and cash flow.
• Strengthen project financial management, commercial discipline, and operational controls.
• Identify risks, performance gaps, and coordinate corrective action.
• Establish leadership routines, dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
