Landrum & Brown seeks a highly experienced Vice President, Corporate Finance & Administration to lead administrative, operational, and financial management. You will report to the President for administrative matters and to the CFO for financial matters, guiding disciplined execution and cross-functional coordination to translate strategy into results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA preferred.
• Significant senior-level experience in operations, finance, or administration.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, engineering, or aviation strongly preferred.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and financial controls knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative, operational, and financial management activities.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Monitor revenue, backlog, utilization, project margins, and cash flow.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Marketing and other functions.
• Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and business transformation.
