Qualifications

• 5+ years of related professional work experience including 3+ years in corporate restructuring or fiduciary services.
• Superior financial modeling skills including detailed 3-statement models (LBO).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities; proficiency with financial/data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day ABC engagements, developing work plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Manage multiple estates, track deadlines, deliverables, and engagement economics.
• Oversee asset identification, preservation, cash management, and wind-down of operations.
• Direct asset marketing and disposition with counsel, brokers, and auctioneers.
• Oversee claims processing, proofs of claim, and resolutions with counsel.
• Prepare estate financial reporting and budget-to-actual analyses for creditors.
