Job summary

Hoxton Circle, privately owned manufacturing company, seeks a Corporate Controller (VP) to lead global accounting and financial reporting for a 2,000+ employee multi-entity group. Reporting to the Group CFO, you own the close, statutory filings and tax.

You will drive an SAP ERP transformation, partner with plant leadership on cost accounting and capital investments, and interact with Finance Directors across the international footprint. Hybrid schedule, four days in office.

Qualifications

• 15-20+ years of financial experience with 10+ years in senior finance leadership.
• Manufacturing accounting experience with cost accounting, inventory, and financial controls.
• Track record leading controllership across multiple entities and countries.
• CPA or advanced degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Hands-on ERP implementation experience; SAP preferred.
• Comfort presenting to senior executives and the Board.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly close across the global group.
• Direct statutory reporting and tax filings.
• Manage external audit relationship.
• Oversee transfer pricing compliance.
• Lead ERP transformation with SAP.
• Partner with plant leadership on cost accounting.
• Support financial planning with corporate FP&A.
• Engage with M&A and AI roadmap.
