Job summary

Hoxton Circle in Melville, NY seeks an experienced Controller to lead global accounting and financial reporting. This role partners with the CFO as a strategic counterpart, guiding long-term financial direction and presenting to the Board and Finance Committee.

You'll own global statements, statutory reporting, and the external audit relationship while also getting hands-on with manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and global SQDCI performance.

Qualifications

• CPA or MBA is required.
• 20+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 10 years in senior finance roles.
• Led multi-national finance organizations and consolidated multi-currency financials.
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
• Ideally SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Own global financial statements and statutory reporting.
• Manage external audit relationship.
• Lead manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and SQDCI performance across plants worldwide.
• Oversee ERP and SAP implementation and shape the finance function's technology roadmap.

A multi-national manufacturer with 2,000+ employees across US and international operations is looking for a Controller to take the reins of global accounting and financial reporting.

This isn't a back office role. You'll sit alongside the CFO as a genuine strategic partner, shaping long term financial direction, working directly with plant leaders on capital planning, and presenting to the Board and Finance Committee. You'll own global financial statements, statutory reporting, and the external audit relationship, while also getting hands on with manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and SQDCI performance across plants worldwide.

There's a real build here too. You'll lead ERP and SAP implementation, help shape the finance function's AI and technology roadmap, and build out the team for the future, recruiting, coaching, and developing the next generation of finance leaders.

What we're looking for:

• CPA or MBA required.
