Xometry is seeking a Vice President, Communications to shape how its AI-native manufacturing marketplace is perceived by press, investors, customers, partners and employees. Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate communications or public relations, including leading executive communications for a CEO in a high-growth technology environment.
• Hands-on writer and editor who can draft keynote speeches, bylines or major announcements under deadline.
• Ability to translate complex technical subjects (AI/ML, software) into clear, credible stories for non-technical audiences.
• Established relationships with business, financial, tech and trade press, with a track record of coverage in a crowded category.
• Public-company experience with Investor Relations, Finance and Legal on disclosures and market-sensitive communications.
• Experience leading crisis and issues response in high-pressure situations.

Responsabilités

• Own narrative discipline across press, investor materials, product launches, executive remarks and internal channels.
• Draft or refine keynotes, bylines and major announcements for the CEO and senior leaders.
• Own proactive media strategy across top-tier business, financial, tech and trade press.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Finance and Legal to align narrative with disclosures.
• Lead crisis readiness, playbooks and escalation for enterprise-reputational risk.
• Direct internal communications with HR and leadership to ensure clear strategy messaging.
• Build and manage a lean team and agency partners; measure impact in business terms.
