Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a VP, Systems & Reports Analyst to support a bank's core systems and generate custom reports for decision makers. This role reports to the Core Systems Manager, works in office, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

The position requires strong project management, system troubleshooting, and cross‑functional communication to streamline bank processes and security controls across departments.

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification or education.
• Minimum 5 years of analyst experience with core banking systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree or work experience equivalent with background in administering core banking systems.
• Strong skillset writing custom reports.
• Ability to analyze issues without precedent and solve collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist department heads with optimizing core banking processes.
• Generate custom reports for decision makers.
• Provide technical support to bank employees on core systems.
• Occasionally train staff on core systems usage.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Support core system upgrades, testing, and validation.
