Qualifications

• 9+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems and internal platforms.
• Track record of leading complex engineering initiatives and modernization efforts.
• Ability to influence architecture, mentor engineers, and drive technical direction.
• Hands-on engineers who remain close to design, development, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive architectural direction for central platforms and infrastructures.
