The Core Engineering leads the design and operation of platform, data, and analytics capabilities across core firm functions. The team emphasizes cloud, AI, and machine learning to empower risk, financial control, and regulatory reporting with scalable, reliable software.

Based in Dallas, this senior engineering role will shape long-term system visions, partner with multiple divisions, and drive architecture decisions for high-impact initiatives in a global context.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of Engineering Industry experience.
• 5+ years of development experience with Java and other programming languages.
• Knowledge of traditional (RDBMS) and modern datastores (NoSQL).
• Preferred experience with Cloud.
• Experience designing and architecting systems.
• Experience defining a long term vision for a product.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Excellent communication skills including experience speaking to technical and business audiences and working globally.
• Experience in financial domain.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain financial systems that manage the firm's P&L, measure and monitor the firm's capital, balance sheet and liquidity metrics, and regulatory obligations.
• Defining the vision for the systems that can support our forward-looking business strategies and decisions in an evolving regulatory landscape.
• Partnering with other divisions and engineering teams to ensure we meet our goals.
• Understand and respond to business needs, facilitating and developing process workflow, data requirements, and specifications required to support implementation.
• Develop high level and detailed technical designs, testing strategies, and implementation plans.
• Implement and maintain best practices for software development and engineering processes.
