Job summary

Dexian is seeking a VP, Systems & Reports Analyst to oversee core systems, generate strategic reports, and support business operations from Roseville, CA in an in-office role. The candidate will backup the Core Systems Manager and drive system improvements with IT and external vendors to ensure security and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of analytics experience with core systems, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong reporting and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of analyst experience working with core business or enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a strong background in systems administration and business management disciplines.
• Strong experience creating and maintaining custom reports.
• Ability to analyze unique and complex problems and develop effective solutions collaboratively.
• Knowledge of system security protocols and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist departments with improving efficiency by better utilizing core systems.
• Generate custom reports that provide decision-makers with actionable information.
• Provide technical support and training on core systems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance and security.
• Translate business requests into actionable project plans and coordinate resources.
• Assist and backup the Core Systems Manager by configuring and customizing core systems.
• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, testing, and validation; ensure change-management compliance.
