JPMorganChase is seeking a VP Control Manager in the Consumer and Community Banking division to shape a robust control framework and drive continuous risk assessment. You will lead real-time issue detection, root-cause analysis, and remediation efforts while collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk teams.

You will guide a high-performing team, implement change strategies, and use advanced analytics to deliver proactive control solutions aligned with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in financial services with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Strong risk management, escalation procedures, and control framework development experience.
• Ability to design and execute change management strategies for complex initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional relationships across Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in synthesizing complex data into actionable insights and decisions.
