Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Controls Governance & Insights in Commercial & Investment Bank Central Control Management to support governance forum execution and executive reporting.

You will coordinate inputs, strengthen storylines, and apply disciplined data quality assurance in a sensitive risk and control environment. You will partner across Control Management, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Legal to translate updates into clear what/so-what/now-what

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, risk management, data analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in governance reporting, controls/risk support, audit/compliance, or analytics in financial services.
• Advanced executive communication, concise writing, and storytelling.
• Strong spreadsheet QA skills and metrics tracking.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple stakeholders in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance forum materials and improve storyline clarity.
• Manage end-to-end meeting production with actions and version control.
• Synthesize updates into decision-ready narratives (what changed, why it matters, decisions needed, risks, actions).
• Perform data quality checks: trend reviews, reconciliations, completeness checks, and reasonableness testing.
• Escalate data inconsistencies to the owner for resolution.
• Maintain logs of issues, findings, and remediation; track status and closure.
• Improve templates, trackers, and minutes to reduce rework and increase consistency.
• Use approved AI tools with human validation for leadership materials.
