VP – Control Room Strategy & Information Barrier Programs
A prominent investment bank based in Midtown Manhattan is currently looking for a VP – Control Room Strategy & Information Barrier Programs to join their team. This role follows a hybrid work schedule (2 days in-office per week) and offers an excellent opportunity to lead and shape conflict management efforts across a global platform.
Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, assessment, and resolution of potential and actual conflicts of interest across the firm, with a focus on Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, and other relevant business units.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of conflict management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Drive the development and implementation of new conflict management systems and tools, ensuring alignment with both regulatory requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate closely with technology, project management, and business teams to define system requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
- Lead and manage global change initiatives, including policy rollouts, system migrations, and process improvements.
- Act as a senior advisor to business and compliance stakeholders on complex conflict-of-interest scenarios.
- Monitor evolving regulatory expectations and industry practices to maintain a best-in-class conflict management program.
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting a culture of compliance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
