Job summary

Volantsoft Inc. is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic migration of legacy contact center platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco) to Amazon Connect, with a focus on healthcare payer operations.

You will define the product strategy, work across IT, operations, clinical teams, and customer service leadership, and own agile delivery to modernize the contact center with AWS tools. This is a remote role.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management with 3+ years in contact center/voice automation in healthcare payer.
Strong knowledge of healthcare call center operations and HIPAA security practices.
Experience with Amazon Connect migrations and AWS integrations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end migration of legacy contact center systems to Amazon Connect.
Define strategy and roadmap for contact center modernization aligned to enterprise goals.
Collaborate with IT, telephony, operations, and clinical teams to shape requirements.
Own vendor relationships and governance for telephony and analytics tools.
Champion agile methodologies and sprint execution across cross-functional teams.
Drive change management and adoption across operational teams.
