JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned Investment Banking professional specialized in Consumer Retail M&A to advise clients on strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, carve-outs, and joint ventures.

You will lead transaction execution, develop trusted relationships, and collaborate with product and industry partners across the M&A lifecycle. The role emphasizes deep execution expertise and senior-level client engagement.

Formación

• Extensive experience executing M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, financial statement analysis, merger modeling, and transaction structuring.
• Proven ability to lead and manage transaction processes with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and lead banker on M&A transactions, driving execution from origination through closing.
• Lead all aspects of transaction execution, including strategic alternatives analysis, valuation, due diligence, process management, and negotiation support.
• Review and coordinate the analytical work of junior bankers, ensuring accuracy and quality of financial analyses, valuation materials, and client deliverables.
• Oversee the development of complex financial models, including merger consequences analyses, accretion/dilution analyses, DCF, and LBOs.
• Manage all key transaction workstreams, identifying risks and proactively developing solutions to address execution challenges.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal counsel and financing partners.
• Lead management presentations, due diligence sessions, Q&A processes, and negotiations throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop client presentations, board materials, strategic reviews, and marketing materials for engagements.
• Mentor and develop junior bankers through coaching and leadership.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities and preparing client pitches.
