Job summary

WSP is seeking a Vice President, Construction Scheduler to lead the Project Controls team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role requires expert CPM scheduling (Primavera) for large rail transit programs, development of integrated schedules, and proactive risk and forecast management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline, or equivalent years of scheduling experience.
• 12 years of construction scheduling experience on large programs.
• Experience with tunneling and metro/transit infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in CPM analysis using Primavera.
• Project financial forecasting and change order analysis.
• Strong reporting, communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide CPM scheduling leadership using Primavera to support rail transit programs.
• Develop integrated program schedules from multiple stakeholders (designer, contractor, third parties).
• Assess schedule changes or delays and advise project team and leadership.
• Coordinate with project teams to identify risks and forecast outcomes.
• Develop, update, and analyze detailed execution schedules for multiple projects.
• Establish baseline schedules with durations, logic, resources, and costs.
