Job summary

Facility Innovations Group is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead and scale our industrial-commercial electrical portfolio. You will own project delivery from turnover to closeout, directing the project management, field supervision, and support teams across ~85 active projects and multiple sites.

You will build standards, drive safety and quality, and mentor a growing team of ~50 employees while advancing AI-enabled workflows and program discipline to win larger scopes.

Qualifications

• Approximately 10 to 15 years of electrical construction experience, including a field background and senior management of multi-team project portfolios.
• Experience leading industrial and commercial electrical construction, ideally including data centers, manufacturing facilities, warehouses and distribution centers, general contractor partnerships, or multi-site programs.
• Experience leading organizations of approximately 50 or more employees across project management, field supervision, and craft labor.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent field and leadership experience will be considered.
• Master or journeyman electrician license, PMP, or PE preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction operations across the company's industrial and commercial electrical and facility improvement portfolio.
• Set the operating standards, expectations, and rhythm for project managers, superintendents, foremen, crews, and construction support staff.
• Provide hands-on leadership in the field, including regular jobsite visits, constructability input, and support on complex or at-risk projects.
• Translate company strategy, including the industrial-commercial electrical expansion, into clear construction priorities, staffing plans, and execution capability.
