Job summary
Facility Innovations Group is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead the delivery of industrial and commercial electrical projects. You will oversee project management, field supervision, and construction support teams, drive safety, margin, and schedule performance, and build scalable processes across a growing portfolio.
You will report to the Founder/CEO and President/COO, be based in Austin or Phoenix with relocation support, and travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Approximately 10–15 years of electrical construction experience with multi-team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field; PMP/PE preferred.
- Proven leadership across portfolio-level decision-making and field execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead all construction operations for industrial/commercial electrical work and facility improvement.
- Own project turnover through closeout; manage schedule, scope, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop and scale delivery systems, standards, and staffing to support growth and multi-site programs.
