Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a VP of Conference Strategic Partnerships to lead enablement, collaborations, and strategic initiatives across Sales and Services organizations globally. The role drives growth and retention for Gartner Conferences and aligns conference priorities with Sales and Service objectives.

You will lead teams, travel as needed (domestic and international ~20%), and communicate with senior Gartner leadership to ensure effective conference outcomes and value realization.

Qualifications

• Requires proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrates strong negotiation and commercial acumen in sales/service contexts.
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives across org boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Operations and regional teams on conference initiatives.
• Lead enablement teams to develop and execute regional Conference enablement strategies.
• Partner with Conference Marketing to address challenges and opportunities with registrations.
