Job summary

You will manage a diverse team, drive risk identification and remediation, and foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, business management, and regulators, all while safeguarding the firm’s interests, compliance posture, and public image.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex testing initiatives within a financial institution or similar industry.
• Proven track record developing testing strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in risk management and control evaluation, identifying gaps and driving remediation.
• Advanced project management skills with a history of delivering results.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior stakeholders and clear communication.

Responsibilities
