Compliance and Operations Risk Test Manager

In the Testing Center of Excellence, you will lead in shaping the testing strategy across various business lines, ensuring alignment with regulatory and firm requirements. Your deep understanding of risk management and control evaluation will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, thereby enhancing compliance and operational risk management. Additionally, your aptitude in stakeholder management will enable you to foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including business management and regulatory bodies. Your role will also involve making impactful decisions that influence operations, financial management, and public image, while maintaining compliance with operational policies and precedents. As a leader, you will manage a diverse team, planning and organizing individual and team activities to integrate and coordinate work across different parts of the firm.
