Job summary

CAMBA in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Vice President to oversee all program operations, staff supervision, and compliance across housing and support services. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to coordinate with funders to meet performance targets.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $104,000 annually, with comprehensive benefits. This is a full-time, on-site position supporting CAMBA’s mission to serve New Yorkers in need.

Qualifications

• Three years of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience.
• Degree in social work, psychology, family therapy, counseling, or related field. Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Supervisory experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Comply with Federal, State, City and CAMBA security and privacy policies.
• Clearly communicate CAMBA’s and funders’ policies and program targets to staff.
• Oversee program operations and manage direct reporting staff and their subordinates.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery.
