A leading company in AI and financial inclusion seeks a VP of Communications to enhance their brand narrative and manage external communications. This strategic role requires extensive experience in PR and corporate communications, with a focus on innovation and collaboration.
The Team
We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on VP of Communications to lead all facets of our external communications function. This includes public relations, executive communications, corporate messaging, and media strategy.
You’ll work cross-functionally to shape Upstart’s brand narrative and position us as a category-defining company at the forefront of AI, financial inclusion, and lending innovation.
Position Location - This role is available in the following locations: Remote, West Coast
Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on the West Coast time zones.
Travel Requirements - We expect you to travel to the San Mateo, CA office at least once a month to collaborate with leaders. As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. The majority of our employees can live and work anywhere in the U.S but are encouraged to to still spend high quality time in-person collaborating via regular onsites.
