Job summary

General Placement Service is seeking a Vice President of Placements on Long Island to lead and expand placement activities for commercial lines. You will build and maintain broker relationships, oversee placements for new and renewal business, and collaborate with producers, AEs, and placement specialists.

The role requires 10+ years in placement, 5+ years in leadership, and a P&C license, with EPIC experience preferred. Hybrid work and strong company stability are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial lines placement experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Property & Casualty license.
• EPIC software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform placements for both new and renewal business.
• Manage broker relationships.
• Prepare reports and provide weekly updates to Directors.
• Collaborate with producers, Account Executives, and Placement Specialists.
• Review and ensure accuracy of binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Verify accuracy of submissions.
• Ensure compliance.
