Qualifications

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or other advanced business or financial credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial finance organization supporting North American Sales and Commercial Operations, providing strategic counsel and decision support across the commercial enterprise.
• Develop and execute financial strategies that accelerate profitable growth, improve pricing and margin performance, optimize commercial investments, and enhance sales productivity.
• Leverage advanced analytics and actionable business insights to influence enterprise decision‑making and growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements while fostering financial discipline and continuous improvement.
• Build and lead a high‑performing commercial finance organization and elevate financial acumen across the leadership team.
