Job summary

Eaton Corporation seeks a Vice President, Human Resources, North America Sales and Commercial Operations for the Electrical Sector Americas. You will partner with executive leadership to shape talent, organization, culture, and workforce strategies enabling growth and operational excellence.

You will lead HR across talent management, succession, organization design, leadership development, engagement, change management, planning, labor relations, and HR transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum twelve to fifteen years of increasing responsibility in HR.
• Five or more years leading teams in a highly matrix global organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: serve as senior HR advisor to business leaders and influence strategy.
• HR Functional Leadership: lead and develop a team of HR professionals and drive key initiatives.
• Talent Management & Succession: oversee talent reviews, succession planning and leadership assessment.
• Organization Effectiveness: drive org design, transformation, and efficiency improvements.
• Leadership Development: build programs to strengthen commercial leadership pipelines.
• Culture & Employee Engagement: advance Eaton's culture and inclusive work environment.
• Workforce Planning & HR Strategy: develop long-range plans with analytics to guide decisions.
• Employee & Labor Relations: provide executive support on relations and policy application.
