The ideal candidate will have a proven record in educational leadership, a commitment to equity, and experience in building high-performing teams. The role is hybrid, entails some travel, and offers a competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $173,500.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience.
• At least 3 years of school leadership or system leadership experience.
• Ability to lead in a multi-layered organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a strategy for scholar readiness.
• Oversee college application and financial aid systems.
• Ensure policies advance equity and anti-racism.

Skills
