Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior CLO structuring/execution experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of CLO documentation and deal execution processes.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex transactions with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including advanced Excel; Python/VBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLO transactions from launch through closing with minimal supervision, owning key workstreams and timelines.
• Originate opportunities through dialogue with CLO managers, issuers, and investors.
• Maintain awareness of CLO market dynamics and communicate market color to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a point of view on issuer clients and their preferences.
• Review, analyze, and negotiate CLO documentation and terms; resolve issues early.
