Job summary

Accuity Delivery Systems, LLC seeks a Vice President of Clinical Integrity to establish and advance enterprise clinical integrity strategy, governance, and risk/compliance standards. Reporting to CMO/CMIO, this executive leads clinical accuracy, defensibility, and escalation across Clinical Intelligence capabilities in a fully remote environment.

The role partners with Clinical Operations, Product, Analytics, Compliance, and client teams to translate clinical requirements into scalable solutions

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active medical license and board certification.
• 12+ years of physician leadership and clinical operations experience.
• Experience with clinical documentation integrity and health-system workflows.
• Executive-level leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain enterprise standards for clinical accuracy and integrity.
• Lead governance forums evaluating clinical priorities and risks.
• Oversee escalation and disagreement management between clinical staff and CDI teams.
• Provide executive clinical guidance for complex client issues and strategic discussions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics to embed clinical requirements in technology.
