Job summary

NFP is seeking a Vice President, Client Service Leader to manage and grow relationships with complex clients and serve as the expert on P&C products, carrier offerings and risk solutions. You will lead marketing for new and renewal business and supervise the service team, delivering client-focused proposals and presentations.

The role requires deep insurance industry experience, strong leadership, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred.
• More than 10 years industry and product line experience.
• Property & Casualty Broker's License required.
• CPCU or other P&C designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing relationships with complex and large clients.
• Act as the subject matter authority on Property & Casualty and carrier products and services.
• Lead service department.
• Performs marketing functions for all new and renewal business.
• Prepare new business and renewal proposals for client presentations.
• Visit clients to review insurance programs or new products, or introduce new products.
