Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Client Service Manager – VP in Securities Services to own client satisfaction for an assigned book. You will coordinate internal teams to service clients and drive ongoing satisfaction.

The role emphasizes governance, billing accuracy, and leading a high-performing team, with extensive client interaction and partnership across JPMorganChase’s global services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in financial services servicing institutional clients.
• Knowledge of Global Custody and/or Traditional, Hedge, Private Fund Services.
• 3–5 years of direct people management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Good judgment and decision-making on behalf of clients and JPM.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and serve as escalation contact for clients and JPM stakeholders.
• Participate in client meetings, update clients on product and system enhancements, and sustain client satisfaction.
• Establish governance and lead processes with KPIs and RAG ratings for all products.
• Drive reduction of billing errors and carry costs.
• Provide oversight and deliver on global initiatives; manage to completion.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the team.
